CT Tech CT Technologist in Shawnee, KS

Schedule:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Weekend days: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Hours: 7am–7pm

Qualifications:

• Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proven experience performing CT imaging procedures in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Prepare and position patients for CT exams, ensuring comfort and safety throughout each procedure
• Assess images for diagnostic quality and collaborate with radiologists for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
• Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients and their families during all stages of imaging
