CT Tech CT Technologist | Silver Spring, Maryland

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week (variable)
• Sunday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Friday: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT(CT) certification required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Expertise in computed tomography imaging techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality patient care
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Previous experience as a CT technologist is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced CT imaging procedures with accuracy and adherence to prescribed protocols
• Prepare and position patients safely, ensuring comfort and proper radiation protection
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to provide diagnostic support
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment for optimal operation
• Accurately document imaging outcomes and upload patient records
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and reliability, especially during variable shift hours
