Schedule/Hours:

  • Day Shift
  • Saturdays & Sundays: 8:30am-7:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a broad range of CT procedures following department protocols with independent judgment and technical expertise
  • Accurately verify clinician orders and patient identity, ensuring the utmost in patient safety and privacy
  • Assess patient histories, administer contrast media safely, and monitor patient conditions throughout procedures
  • Maintain and operate imaging equipment, ensuring quality control through regular checks and calibration
  • Clearly explain processes to patients and families, providing compassionate, age-appropriate care
  • Respond effectively to emergencies, assist with life support equipment, and follow established sterile techniques
  • Support colleagues across multiple imaging modalities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Current ARRT Radiography and ARRT Computed Tomography certifications
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • At least 1 year of radiology experience (less than 1 year CT experience considered)
  • Exceptional communication, multitasking, and patient service skills
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and radiation safety
