A radiologic technologist specializing in computed tomography (CT) is needed to operate CT equipment and produce detailed cross-sectional images of patients’ bones, organs, and tissues to aid in diagnosis. Additional imaging responsibilities include general radiography and fluoroscopy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT imaging equipment and perform cross-sectional imaging procedures
- Conduct general radiography and fluoroscopy as needed
- Produce reformatted sagittal and coronal images for radiologist interpretation
- Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images accurately
- Maintain accurate records, billing information, and ensure patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, calibration, and manage inventory
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across adolescent to geriatric populations
Qualifications and Certifications:
- Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as R.T. (RCT or RA) – required
- State-specific Radiologic Technologist licensure (California) – required
- Advanced CT certification required (preferred in CA, required in OR and HI)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor – required
- Fluoroscopy license if operating fluoroscopy equipment (CA) – required
- Venipuncture certification preferred
