Schedule:
- Monday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Saturday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Key Qualifications:
- Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- CT modality certification
- Prior hospital-based imaging experience required
- Strong competence in CT and PET/CT scan protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and PET/CT scan procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Prepare, position, and communicate with patients to ensure safety, comfort, and accurate imaging
- Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to facilitate timely and precise diagnostic results
- Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, ensuring optimal function and safety standards
- Adhere to organizational safety and infection control policies
- Document imaging procedures, patient information, and clinical findings accurately
