Experience an engaging opportunity as an Imaging professional specializing in CT and CT/PET technology. This full-time position is available on a contract basis for 13 weeks, with a consistent daytime schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. You'll play an important role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a supportive healthcare environment.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 13-week contract
  • Shift hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid certification and registration as a CT Technologist; PET experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of CT and PET protocols and safety procedures
  • Demonstrated expertise in producing diagnostic images with advanced imaging equipment
  • Current BLS certification
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the radiology team and other healthcare professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT and CT/PET scans according to physician orders and established protocols
  • Explain imaging procedures to patients and ensure their safety and comfort throughout
  • Prepare and operate imaging equipment, maintaining optimal image quality
  • Review images for accuracy and clarity, assisting radiologists with technical requirements
  • Complete required documentation and maintain accurate patient records
  • Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times
