CT Tech CT Technologist in Sterling Heights, MI

Seeking a skilled CT Technologist to support diagnostic imaging services on a 13-week contract. The role involves operating advanced CT equipment for high-quality imaging procedures, contributing directly to patient care alongside a dedicated radiology team.

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 6:00pm – 6:30am

Qualifications:

• ARRT CT Certification required
• Demonstrated experience in general radiography
• Ability to operate CT scanners and related imaging equipment
• Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and safety standards
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT diagnostic imaging procedures according to physician orders
• Properly position patients and operate scanning equipment to produce optimal image quality
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including ALARA principles for radiation safety
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and fellow technologists for smooth workflow
• Ensure accurate documentation in patient records and maintain data integrity
• Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunction or safety issues
• Deliver compassionate care and address patient questions or concerns throughout procedures
