Schedule/Hours:
- Block scheduling available
- Includes a weekend rotation
- No on-call requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience performing CT exams
- Registered with ARRT (CT) certification – required
- Current BLS certification – required
- Proficiency with GE and Siemens CT equipment strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a hospital setting is highly valued
- Solid knowledge of imaging safety protocols and patient-centered best practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans on inpatients, outpatients, and emergency cases efficiently and accurately
- Independently manage imaging workflow in a high-demand setting, ensuring timely, quality diagnostic images
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to provide superior patient care
- Adhere strictly to all facility protocols, radiation safety guidelines, and infection control procedures
- Foster a compassionate environment for patients undergoing imaging, answering questions, and providing reassurance
- Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety
