Embrace an opportunity to demonstrate your skills in computed tomography within a dynamic imaging unit serving inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department needs. This role calls for a confident, independent professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume hospital environments. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality imaging to support clinical decision-making during a 13-week contract assignment.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Block scheduling available
  • Includes a weekend rotation
  • No on-call requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience performing CT exams
  • Registered with ARRT (CT) certification – required
  • Current BLS certification – required
  • Proficiency with GE and Siemens CT equipment strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting is highly valued
  • Solid knowledge of imaging safety protocols and patient-centered best practices

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT scans on inpatients, outpatients, and emergency cases efficiently and accurately
  • Independently manage imaging workflow in a high-demand setting, ensuring timely, quality diagnostic images
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to provide superior patient care
  • Adhere strictly to all facility protocols, radiation safety guidelines, and infection control procedures
  • Foster a compassionate environment for patients undergoing imaging, answering questions, and providing reassurance
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety
