Key Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT (CT) certification
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Demonstrated proficiency operating CT imaging equipment
• Strong knowledge of radiographic positioning, anatomy, and safety standards
• Ability to communicate carefully and compassionately with patients
• Previous experience as a CT Technologist preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times
• Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic, high-resolution images as ordered by clinicians
• Follow safety guidelines regarding radiation exposure for patients and staff
• Review images for quality assurance and completeness before submitting to radiologists
• Record patient histories and assist in documenting procedural details
• Maintain accurate records and manage digital image archiving
• Clean and maintain equipment, promptly reporting technical issues
• Uphold infection control standards and contribute to a collaborative, efficient workflow
