Qualifications & Experience:

• ARRT (CT) certification or equivalent required
• Previous experience as a CT Technologist, preferably in a hospital or busy imaging center
• Solid understanding of CT protocols and radiation safety
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Competence with imaging equipment and PACS/RIS systems
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced situations
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CT equipment to produce quality diagnostic images as ordered by physicians
• Prepare and position patients accurately, ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review and deliver findings
• Maintain and document accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory standards
• Monitor and maintain equipment functionality; troubleshoot minor technical issues
• Adhere strictly to infection control, quality assurance, and safety protocols
• Educate patients about procedures and provide reassurance to minimize anxiety
