Deliver advanced patient care by utilizing your expertise as a CT and CT/PET Technologist on a contract assignment. This opportunity is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring high-quality imaging and diagnostic services for patients.
Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time contract position (length discussed during interview)
- Specific shifts and hours provided upon application
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certification or registry in Computed Tomography (CT) required
- Experience with both CT and PET/CT modalities strongly preferred
- Valid professional licensure in Imaging Technology as recognized by the state
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical center setting
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CT and PET/CT equipment while ensuring patient safety and image quality
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain relevant processes
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Accurately maintain patient records and adhere to all privacy and safety protocols
- Keep equipment and exam rooms in compliance with regulatory and safety standards
