CT Tech CT Technologist in Suttons Bay, MI

Step into an essential role assisting patients and healthcare teams with advanced imaging services as a CT technologist. Your expertise and compassion will contribute directly to quality diagnostic imaging in a supportive environment. This position offers a 13-week contract and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge CT technology.

Schedule/Hours:

• 5 shifts per week
• Evenings, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT(CT) certification required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Prior experience operating Canon and GE CT scanners (highly preferred)
• Demonstrated knowledge of CT imaging protocols, radiation safety, and patient positioning
• Ability to collaborate effectively with radiologists and other clinical staff
• Great attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate CT imaging studies following standard protocols and physician orders
• Prepare patients for procedures while ensuring comfort, privacy, and safety
• Operate and troubleshoot Canon and GE CT scanners, maintaining high image quality
• Accurately document procedures, maintain patient records, and comply with all regulations
• Observe and respond promptly to patient needs or any adverse reactions to contrast
• Participate in equipment maintenance, quality control, and daily workflow management
• Support cross-departmental teamwork and contribute to a positive, efficient work atmosphere
