CT Tech Computed Tomography Tech | Suttons Bay, Michigan

Step into a vital imaging role, utilizing your CT expertise to make a real difference in patient care. This position offers a 13-week contract, providing critical diagnostic services as part of a dynamic healthcare team.

Schedule:

• 5x8 hour shifts, Days: 6:30am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday
• Every 4th weekend rotation

Qualifications:

• Active ARRT(CT) certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Hands-on experience with Cannon and GE CT scanners preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation
• Accurately position patients and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the scanning process
• Adjust scan parameters according to patient needs and physician orders
• Maintain proper documentation of procedures and patient records in compliance with facility protocols
• Troubleshoot technical issues with CT equipment and coordinate maintenance when needed
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care
• Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain optimal imaging standards
