This opportunity is ideal for an experienced CT Technologist skilled in advanced imaging and x-ray procedures. Schedule/Hours:

• 4x10 hour shifts, evenings (Sunday-Wednesday)
• Call required

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification
• Valid California Radiologic Technologist license
• BLS certification
• Fluoroscopy and IV certification required
• Proficiency in Siemens 64 Somatom CT scanner operations
• X-ray imaging experience
• Ability to manage critical situations and adapt to a fast-paced workflow
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and x-ray imaging procedures following established protocols and safety standards
• Operate the Siemens 64 Somatom scanner for diverse diagnostic exams
• Accurately position patients and administer IV contrast as necessary
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate records, including imaging logs and patient documentation
• Respond to call requirements and adjust workflow to meet department needs
