CT Tech CT Technologist in Templeton, CA

A contract opportunity is available for an experienced CT Technologist with a strong background in advanced imaging. This dynamic role offers exposure to a Siemens 64 Somatom scanner and involves both CT and x-ray responsibilities. Ideal candidates bring expert technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach to every procedure.

Schedule/Hours:

• 4 x 10-hour evening shifts (Sunday through Wednesday)
• Call coverage required

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification
• ARRT registration
• Valid California Radiologic Technologist license
• Fluoroscopy certification
• Intravenous (IV) certification
• Proven x-ray imaging experience
• Familiarity with Siemens 64 Somatom CT technology preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced CT and x-ray imaging procedures safely and efficiently
• Accurately follow physician protocols and technical guidelines
• Provide patient care throughout imaging processes, ensuring comfort and safety
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Maintain imaging equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues
• Respond to on-call needs as scheduled
