Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid ARRT certification in CT or Nuclear Medicine Technology
• Demonstrated proficiency operating CT and PET/CT equipment
• Previous experience performing diagnostic and interventional CT and CT/PET scans
• Strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and adhere to established safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct CT and PET/CT imaging procedures following physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy throughout the imaging process
• Accurately position patients and use appropriate imaging techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Collaborate with technologists, radiologists, and other clinical staff to facilitate efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed, reporting malfunctions promptly
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals or contrast agents when required
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and infection control guidelines
