CT Technologist | Tulsa, Oklahoma

A skilled imaging professional is needed for a contract opportunity specializing in CT and CT/PET technology. This role requires a detail-oriented technologist who can provide exceptional imaging services to support patient care in a dynamic environment.

Schedule:

• 3x12-hour night shifts
• 6:45 pm – 7:15 am

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in CT and CT/PET imaging
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with appropriate CT modality credentials
• Current BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, radiation safety, and best practices for patient positioning
• Proven ability to work night shifts effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and clinical teams

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and PET/CT equipment for accurate, high-quality image acquisition
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Review imaging orders, confirm protocol accuracy, and report any discrepancies
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide critical diagnostic information
• Maintain clean, orderly imaging rooms, and manage equipment according to policy
• Follow infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
• Document procedures and maintain detailed patient records
