CT Tech CT Technologist in Unadilla, NY

Deliver high-quality patient care as a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist in a dynamic hospital environment. In this key position, you'll split your expertise between X-Ray and CT imaging, utilizing advanced equipment such as the GE Revolution APEX and GE X-ray systems. You will be relied upon to maintain confidentiality, uphold safety standards, and foster effective communication with staff and medical professionals for the best patient outcomes.

Schedules Available:

• 7:00am – 3:30pm
• 7:00am – 11:30pm (with overnight call)
• 8:00am – 4:30pm

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in CT imaging (CT registry preferred, but not required)
• Proficiency in operating both CT and X-Ray machines
• Strong understanding of radiation safety practices for patients and staff
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with healthcare teams
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per hospital regulations
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and X-Ray procedures according to physician orders, ensuring accurate and timely results
• Comply with all hospital policies, especially those related to incident reporting and patient privacy
• Demonstrate and educate patients on imaging procedures as needed
• Maintain effective communication with referring physicians, radiologists, and departmental team members
• Provide customer service in support of patients, staff, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in Radiology Management System activities related to patient procedures
• Uphold clinical standards and methods while performing diagnostic imaging

$2,783 - $2,944/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
