CT Tech CT Technologist in Union, OR

Seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment providing high-quality imaging services. This role focuses on operating CT equipment and supporting patient needs, with opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative radiology department.

Schedule:

• 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each (7:00 am – 3:30 pm)
• Specific days to be arranged during the interview process

Qualifications:

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• ARRT(CT) certification required
• Active Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license
• Previous experience operating CT equipment in a clinical setting
• Solid understanding of imaging protocols and safety standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans as ordered by physicians in compliance with department protocols
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring safety and comfort throughout
• Operate CT equipment, apply proper techniques, and monitor image quality
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to high-quality patient care
• Follow all regulatory guidelines related to imaging procedures and patient privacy
