Schedule/Hours:

  • Shifts may vary according to facility needs
  • No on-call required
  • Must arrive the Thursday prior to the start date for employee health clearance on Friday

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer (must obtain by assignment start if not held at offer)
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in an acute hospital setting
  • Skilled at scanning per radiologist protocols; able to perform routine CT scans independently
  • Familiarity with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, Vitrea workstation preferred
  • Experience in venipuncture, MIP/MPR/3D imaging, trauma, vascular/cardiac imaging, biopsies, and drainages is a plus
  • Proof of flu vaccination or approved exception required prior to start (can be provided at employee health appointment)

  • Perform a range of CT imaging procedures in accordance with radiologist protocols
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort across all examinations
  • Accurately utilize hospital EMR and imaging software systems
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain high standards of patient care
