Seeking an experienced and professional Travel CT Technologist for an immediate contract position at an acute care facility in Walterboro, South Carolina. This role is ideal for a clinician who excels in a community hospital setting, requiring strong clinical autonomy and the technical expertise to handle diverse patient populations efficiently.
Available Shifts & Scheduling
This position is dedicated to critical weekend coverage. Candidates may choose their preference for the duration of the 13-week assignment:
Option A: 3x12-Hour Day Shifts | Friday – Sunday or Saturday – Monday (36 hours/week)
Option B: 3x12-Hour Night Shifts | Friday – Sunday or Saturday – Monday (36 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-quality diagnostic computed tomography scans in strict compliance with facility protocols.
Manage emergency room, inpatient, and outpatient trauma imaging efficiently under minimal weekend supervision.
Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety guidelines (ALARA), precise contrast administration, and accurate documentation in RIS/PACS.
Candidate Requirements
Certification: Active ARRT registration required.
Licensure: Valid South Carolina state radiologic technologist license (SCRQSA) must be active at the time of submission.
Credentials: Current BLS (AHA) certification.
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of recent acute care or hospital-based CT experience.
