Qualifications:

  • Registered and certified in Computed Tomography (CT)
  • Valid ARRT certification in Radiography, Radiologic Technology, or CT
  • Prior experience as a CT Technologist in a clinical or hospital setting
  • Strong knowledge of imaging techniques, patient safety, and radiation protocols
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and communicate effectively with patients
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (or ability to obtain before start)
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic scans per physician orders
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
  • Maintain detailed patient records and document imaging procedures accurately in electronic health systems
  • Apply knowledge of imaging protocols and radiation safety to minimize exposure and maximize image quality
  • Respond promptly to patient and clinical staff questions and concerns
  • Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance or safety issues as needed
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

$2,106 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
