Desired Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT certification in CT/PET (or eligibility)
• State of Michigan licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in CT imaging preferred
• Experience with contrast media administration and monitoring for reactions

Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible travel assignment—specific schedules may vary by shift and department needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and calibrate CT and PET imaging equipment, ensuring optimal image quality
• Prepare and position patients, applying safety standards and proper lifting techniques
• Collect and verify patient information and relevant history for accurate imaging
• Administer IV contrast media and monitor patients for adverse reactions, providing support during emergencies
• Assist radiologists and specialists with complex procedures, demonstrating adaptability and skill
• Maintain digital records, uphold regulatory standards, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Mentor new personnel and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Ensure equipment integrity and workplace cleanliness
