CT Tech CT Technologist - Warren, MI

A skilled CT Technologist is needed for a 13-week contract role working overnight shifts. This position requires expertise in computed tomography and a strong background in general radiography. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality imaging services, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 6:00 pm – 6:30 am

Required Qualifications:

• ARRT CT Certification
• Prior experience in general radiography
• Proficient operation of CT imaging equipment
• Comprehensive knowledge of radiation safety protocols and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of CT procedures according to physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare and position patients for imaging to ensure optimal image quality
• Operate and maintain CT equipment with a focus on safety and accuracy
• Document procedures and patient interactions thoroughly within electronic medical records
• Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to coordinate patient care and workflow
• Monitor equipment performance and promptly report issues or necessary maintenance
• Adhere to infection control procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
