CT Tech CT Technologist | Warwick, Rhode Island

Deliver exceptional patient care as a CT Technologist in a dynamic imaging department. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and allows you to work with a wide range of patient populations, from pediatrics to adults, within trauma, ED, and inpatient settings. Expand your expertise using state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to a high-functioning clinical team.

Schedule:

• Three 12-hour night shifts weekly
• 7:00pm – 7:30am, Thursday through Saturday

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification
• ARRT(CT) credential required
• Active RI State License (or ability to obtain within 3-4 weeks)
• Previous experience with Epic EHR, GE Signa, Siemens Definition AS+ and GE VCT 64 Slice CT scanners is essential
• Familiarity with Medrad injectors and GE PACS strongly preferred
• Ability to float to pediatric facilities as needed
• Knowledge and practice in contrast administration
• Demonstrated ability to perform CT exams in trauma and emergency settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire high-quality CT images for both adult and pediatric patients across inpatient, ED, and trauma units
• Operate Siemens and GE CT equipment and related imaging technology efficiently
• Administer IV contrast safely and document according to protocols
• Support trauma studies and acute care imaging with swift, accurate image acquisition
• Float to pediatric locations when required and adapt imaging techniques to patient age and condition
• Maintain precise records within Epic EHR and communicate findings with the healthcare team
• Ensure equipment is maintained and troubleshooting protocols are followed

$2,632 - $2,880/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
