CT Tech CT Technologist | Waterbury, Connecticut

Schedule:

• Week 1: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm
• Week 2: Monday–Wednesday, Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm; Weekend shifts, 3:00pm–11:30pm
• Rotating schedule: Every other weekend required
• On-call coverage is preferred

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (CT) certification required
• Proven proficiency in performing CT imaging procedures
• Experience with CT technology, patient positioning, and imaging safety
• Strong knowledge of radiology workflow and protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to navigate fast-paced clinical environments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of CT scans following physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and other staff members to ensure quality image acquisition and efficient workflow
• Accurately document patient information, procedure details, and imaging results in the electronic medical record
• Maintain and troubleshoot CT imaging equipment as needed
• Follow protocols for infection control, radiation safety, and patient confidentiality

$2,638 - $2,790/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
