An excellent opportunity is available for a skilled technologist specializing in CT and PET imaging, with a contract position spanning 13 weeks and a June start. This role focuses on both Cardiac Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging and requires flexibility to work at multiple locations within Vermont, including Berlin and Rutland.
Schedule & Hours:
- Dayshift schedule
- No weekends required
- Shift lengths vary between 8 and 10 hours
- Week 1: 5 days per week
- Week 2: 3 days per week
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications:
- ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required
- Vermont state radiology license (can apply if not currently held but must be willing to obtain)
- Experience with oncology and cardiac PET imaging, especially using the RB82 generator highly valued; training can be provided
- Familiarity with Siemens imaging equipment preferred
- Must demonstrate a collaborative team spirit and willingness to float between locations as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT, PET, Cardiac Nuclear Medicine, and related imaging procedures
- Assist with oncology and cardiac PET/CT studies, ensuring patient safety and accuracy
- Handle RB82 generator for cardiac imaging (training available if needed)
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance standards
- Work closely with technologists, physicians, and support staff to deliver efficient patient care across various sites
