Advance your imaging career as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist/PET CT Technologist specializing in both cardiac and oncology PET imaging. This contract opportunity offers a dynamic environment across multiple locations in Vermont, using state-of-the-art Siemens equipment.
Schedule Details:
- Day shift, no weekends
- Shifts vary between 8 and 10 hours
- Week 1: 5 days
- Week 2: 3 days
- 40 hours per week guaranteed
- 13-week contract starting in June
Desired Qualifications:
- ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required
- Vermont state radiology license (applicants may apply without but must pursue licensure)
- Experience with oncology and cardiac PET imaging; familiarity with RB82 generator is a plus (willingness to learn is welcomed)
- Flexible to float between two Vermont sites (Berlin and Rutland)
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Prior use of Siemens imaging technology is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of CT, PET, and cardiac nuclear medicine procedures, ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging
- Oversee safe operation and maintenance of Siemens PET/CT equipment
- Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, technologists, and support staff to enhance patient care
- Participate in ongoing training for advanced cardiac imaging practices, including RB82 generator use
- Help maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Travel as required within VT to provide coverage at designated sites
