CT Tech CT Technologist | Wellsburg, West Virginia

Schedule/Hours:

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• No on-call shifts required

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification required
• Valid WV Xray License (may apply for WV license post-offer)
• WV CARES clearance required prior to start
• Prefer ARRT (CT) certification or at least 3-5 years of recent CT experience
• Strong IV skills essential
• Multitasking ability and comfort working in a fast-paced setting
• Open to first-time travelers
• All submissions must include a copy of an unexpired driver's license
• Must disclose any licensing “hits” at time of application

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE and Siemens CT scanners to perform a range of studies (head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, biopsies)
• Set up sterile trays; training available for biopsy procedures if needed
• Complete average of 65 studies per day
• Collaborate with a team of skilled technologists and receive support from nursing staff for IVs and premedication requirements
• Use EMR (Community Works) and PACS (Intellirad/Intelliconnect) systems
• May be the sole technologist on overnight shifts, with robust access to supervisory and radiologist support
