CT Tech CT Technologist | West Point, Mississippi

Schedule:

• 7 on, 7 off rotation
• Night shifts, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT(R) certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• MS State Radiologic Technologist license required
• ARRT(CT) certification preferred
• Previous experience performing CT and X-ray procedures
• Familiarity with Canon and GE imaging equipment preferred
• Completion of fingerprinting process prior to employment

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and general radiologic examinations according to physician orders and department protocols
• Utilize Canon and GE imaging equipment efficiently and accurately
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and correct positioning
• Maintain clear and accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Apply proper radiation safety measures for patients and staff
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
• Troubleshoot and maintain imaging equipment as needed
• Follow department policies, infection control procedures, and HIPAA guidelines

$2,709 - $2,856/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
