CT Tech CT Technologist in Windsor, CA

Exciting opportunity for an experienced professional skilled in CT imaging to be a key member of a dynamic healthcare imaging department. This contract position involves working with cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional patient care during overnight hours.

Schedule:

• 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Key Qualifications:

• Active California Radiologic License required
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications necessary
• Proficiency in venipuncture
• Demonstrated experience operating GE CT units
• Prior involvement with CT procedures in both Emergency Department (ED) and inpatient (IP) settings, including CTA and perfusion studies
• Strong commitment to maintaining quality assurance standards and safety protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

• Independently conduct a full range of CT scans with accuracy and attention to patient comfort
• Collaborate closely with emergency and inpatient teams to prioritize imaging requests appropriately
• Assess and prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring safety and addressing any clinical concerns
• Operate GE CT equipment and related systems efficiently to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Assist with CTA and perfusion studies as requested by clinical staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold department compliance standards
• Contribute to a supportive and respectful team environment
