Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (PET) certification required.
- Current, valid state license in Radiologic Technology.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in CT and/or PET imaging.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort with advanced imaging equipment.
- Versatile communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced healthcare settings.
- BLS certification (required).
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to patient care.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and PET scans according to physician protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
- Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members.
- Troubleshoot imaging equipment and resolve minor technical issues.
- Provide clear post-procedure instructions to patients.
