Schedule:
- Night shift: Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
- Hours: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
Working in a dynamic setting, you will independently perform a wide range of imaging procedures, contribute to a collaborative clinical environment, and build your résumé with sought-after skills and technical knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
- Verify clinician orders and gather complete clinical histories for all procedures
- Obtain high-quality diagnostic images while prioritizing patient safety and comfort
- Accurately use and maintain imaging equipment, troubleshooting as needed
- Administer contrast media using established protocols and demonstrate competency in venipuncture and sterile technique
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and medical staff, ensuring understanding and comfort
- Respond effectively in emergency situations and maintain life-support equipment
- Participate in quality control, orientation, and training of new staff
- Ensure all documentation is precise and thorough; manage patient charging and workflow in PACS/RIS
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Valid ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum one year experience in Radiology; CT experience preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
