Required Experience & Qualifications:
- ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
- Demonstrated experience as a CT and/or PET Technologist
- Experience operating modern CT/PET imaging equipment
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as required for technologists
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and PET scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality throughout imaging procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure diagnostic accuracy
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as necessary
- Accurately document patient information and imaging results in electronic medical records
- Adhere to hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and compliance standards
