Start your next professional chapter working as a skilled CT Technologist supporting emergency room imaging needs at a reputable healthcare facility. This 13-week contract assignment offers a consistent night shift, giving you both stability and the opportunity to put your expertise in advanced imaging modalities to excellent use.
Schedule/Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (11:30pm–10:00am)
- Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (11:30pm–10:00am)
- No on-call required
Qualifications:
- Active RT(R)(CT) registry
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist in Rhode Island
- BLS certification
- Experience with Siemens Definition AS+ and GE VCT 64 Slice equipment
- Familiarity with EPIC (preferred)
- Experience with Medrad injectors and GE PACS (a plus)
- COVID, Booster, and Flu vaccinations required (medical declination accepted for booster only, no religious declinations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT and CT/PET scans, primarily supporting the emergency department
- Operate imaging equipment and ensure accurate, high-quality diagnostic images
- Follow hospital policy for dress code (scrubs, no hooded sweatshirts)
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and radiologic standards
- Work collaboratively with emergency room professionals and radiologists
- Document patient information and imaging results efficiently using electronic medical records (EPIC experience is a bonus)
