Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid CT certification (ARRT)
- Active Driver’s License with photographic identification
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Clean background check
- Complete skill checklist and nursing competency/exam records as required
- Up-to-date resume/application
- Proof of negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
- Documentation of Hepatitis vaccination
- Evidence of seasonal influenza vaccine or completion of a declination form
- Drug screening compliance
- Copy of agency’s Certificate of Liability Insurance
- Signed attestation form
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT examinations according to physician orders, ensuring accuracy and patient safety
- Adhere to all departmental protocols and safety standards
