CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist in Atascadero, CA

Schedule:

• 4x10-hour shifts: Evenings, 12:00pm – 11:30pm, Friday – Monday
• Required call coverage: 11:30pm – 4:00am

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT certification
• Active California Radiologic Technologist License
• BLS certification (current)
• Fluoroscopy certification
• IV certification
• Proven experience with Siemens 64 Somatom CT scanner
• Strong X-ray imaging skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting and respond to urgent requests

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of diagnostic CT and X-ray imaging procedures with precision and attention to patient safety
• Operate and maintain Siemens 64 Somatom and related radiologic equipment
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and other clinical personnel to ensure consistent, high-quality imaging services
• Obtain proper patient consent, explain procedures clearly, and provide compassionate patient care
• Document imaging results and procedures accurately in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled to support 24/7 department needs
