CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist - Atlanta, GA

Seeking an experienced CT/X-ray technologist to support pediatric imaging needs in a dynamic hospital environment. This contract assignment calls for a highly skilled professional comfortable performing both CT and X-ray procedures for children.

Schedule:

• Every Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
• One 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. shift every other weekend (either Saturday or Sunday)
• Total of 32 hours per pay period

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of CT imaging experience
• Registered with ARRT and current BLS certification
• Experience with pediatric patients; prior NICU exposure highly preferred
• Proficient working with EPIC electronic medical records
• Ability to seamlessly transition between CT and X-ray duties during a shift
• Successful completion of nicotine and drug screenings, plus annual flu vaccination

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and X-ray imaging for pediatric patients, including routine and urgent studies
• Ensure proper patient positioning, dose safety, and support pediatric comfort throughout procedures
• Document imaging procedures accurately within EPIC EMR
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff for optimal diagnostic outcomes
• Maintain equipment, adhere to facility infection prevention policies, and uphold all hospital protocols
