CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist in Augusta, WV

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• 1:00 pm – 11:30 pm
• Participation in weekend rotation required

Desired Qualifications:

• ARRT (CT) certification and BLS required
• West Virginia state license required
• Experience in both general CTs, CTA’s, and general X-ray
• Proficiency with portable imaging, C-Arm, and fluoroscopy
• Ability to independently start IVs
• Comfortable working both days and evenings, as well as weekends as scheduled
• Must have recent, relevant clinical experience
• Familiarity with Synapse Radiology EMR/equipment preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret a variety of CT and X-ray procedures including general studies, CTA’s, portables, C-Arm, and fluoroscopic imaging
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Synapse Radiology
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including use of a radiation badge provided by agency
• Demonstrate flexibility to rotate weekends and adapt to changing departmental needs
• Work autonomously and as part of an interdisciplinary team addressing patient care requirements
• Communicate effectively with radiology supervisors and clinical colleagues
• Complete facility-specific orientation and integrate into workflow quickly
