CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist in Charlotte, NC

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour day shifts, totaling 36 hours per week
• Friday at Ballantyne campus
• Saturday/Sunday at Providence campus, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Weekend rotation details will be discussed during the final interview
• Expectation to cover approximately 75% of holidays as needed
• No floating required

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in CT and X-Ray modalities or eligibility with current credentials
• Active and unrestricted state licensure for radiologic technologists
• Proven experience operating CT and X-Ray equipment and interpreting results
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques, radiation safety, and imaging protocols
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and X-Ray exams according to physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure accurate image capture and proper patient positioning for optimal diagnostic quality
• Review and verify patient histories, consent forms, and safety procedures
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring readiness at all times
• Collaborate with radiologists and providers to share preliminary imaging findings
• Provide excellent patient care, explaining procedures and supporting comfort
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
