Key Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology, with CT credentialing preferred
• Licensure in the state of practice (if applicable)
• Demonstrated experience operating CT and X-ray equipment in a clinical or hospital environment
• Proficiency in performing high-quality diagnostic images with attention to radiation safety protocols
• Excellent patient care, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and function effectively under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for CT and X-ray examinations, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with established procedures
• Follow physician orders and imaging protocols to capture diagnostically useful images
• Monitor patients during procedures, addressing any concerns or complications promptly
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of work areas and equipment
