CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist | Clearlake, California

This 13-week contract assignment is ideal for an experienced technologist with a background in both CT and X-Ray modalities, who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is ready to contribute high-quality diagnostic services.

Schedule:

• 3x12 hour mid shifts per week: 10:00am – 10:30pm, Monday through Thursday

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification required
• Valid ARRT(CT) credential
• California Radiologic Technologist License
• California Fluoroscopy License
• Demonstrated competency in both X-ray and CT procedures
• Proficiency with Siemens CT scanners essential
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including both CT and X-ray exams, in accordance with provider orders and facility protocols
• Operate Siemens CT scanners and related radiologic equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, clearly explaining each step and responding to patient needs
• Ensure accurate documentation, timely reporting, and secure management of imaging records
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control policies at all times
• Communicate critical findings efficiently to medical staff
• Assist with workflow in the imaging department to optimize efficiency and patient throughput
