CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist | Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Seeking an experienced CT Technologist with expertise in both CT and X-ray imaging for a dynamic contract assignment. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a collaborative clinical environment, providing top-tier radiological services with a focus on patient safety and image quality.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
• Some on-call responsibilities will be required (exact details will be discussed during the interview process).

Qualifications:

• Current State of Florida radiologic technologist license
• ARRT certification (CT required)
• Completion of a college radiology program, with diploma or transcripts available
• Solid experience in both CT and X-ray modalities
• Applicants who are permanent residents of Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach counties will not be considered

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans and X-ray procedures according to physician orders and department protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure accurate diagnostic outcomes
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and follow all safety and quality assurance protocols
• Document examinations and patient information accurately within the electronic medical record system
• Safeguard patient welfare and educate patients about procedures
