Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required, with CT credential strongly preferred
  • Valid state licensure for Radiology Technologists
  • Previous experience operating both CT and X-Ray equipment in a clinical or hospital setting
  • Strong understanding of radiology safety standards and best practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail and technical accuracy
  • Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and colleagues
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures, ensuring clarity, diagnostic quality, and patient safety
  • Properly position patients and use immobilization devices as needed for optimal images
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures electronically
  • Apply specialized knowledge to adjust imaging protocols based on physician directives
  • Monitor and maintain imaging equipment for optimal performance and compliance
  • Deliver clear instructions and information to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and other care team members
