CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist - Huntersville, NC

A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a skilled CT Technologist experienced in both CT and X-Ray imaging. This position is ideal for professionals seeking meaningful work within a dynamic clinical setting.

Schedule:

• 12-hour night shifts
• Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
• 36 hours per week

Essential Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in CT
• Proficiency in both CT and X-Ray modalities
• Current BLS certification
• Previous experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or acute care setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the healthcare team

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and X-Ray examinations in accordance with physician orders and department protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Assist with the management of imaging equipment; report and address malfunctions as necessary
• Practice accurate documentation of procedures and patient information
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Participate in on-call rotation, typically 3-4 shifts per month
• Work a majority of recognized holidays (approximately 75%)
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to provide timely diagnostic results
• Adapt to flexible shift demands as patient needs arise
