Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts (36 hours weekly)
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Weekend role: every Friday through Sunday
• Holiday coverage required for 75% of holidays
• Potential floating to other departments if needed
• On call and call back duties as determined by department needs (to be discussed during a phone interview with the manager)

Qualifications:

• Certified in Imaging with proficiency in CT and X-Ray techniques
• Registered or eligible for certification as a CT Technologist
• Demonstrated experience operating CT and X-Ray equipment in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Ability to work independently on night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work weekends and meet holiday coverage expectations

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures according to prescribed protocols, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
• Accurately prepare and position patients, adapting techniques to obtain optimal images for diagnostic purposes
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals for efficient workflow and patient care
• Maintain equipment and adhere to strict quality control standards
• Document procedures and patient histories with attention to detail and compliance with privacy regulations
• Flexibly rotate or float to support other departments as needed
