CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist in Huntersville, NC

Schedule:

• 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday every week
• Dedicated weekend role
• Floating to other departments may be required, based on operational needs
• 75% participation in holiday coverage

Qualifications:

• Current certification or registry as a CT Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Experience performing both CT scans and X-ray imaging in a clinical or hospital setting
• Knowledge of radiologic safety and infection control procedures
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage a varied caseload
• Flexibility to float between departments as necessary
• Strong communication skills for direct coordination with department managers

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures for a diverse patient population, following all clinical protocols
• Accurately document imaging results and maintain organized patient records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess urgent imaging needs, especially during weekends and holidays
• Adhere to departmental on-call and call-back policies, with details provided during the interview process
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and ensure diagnostic quality standards are met
• Uphold patient comfort, confidentiality, and safety at all times
