CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist - Marietta, Georgia

An opportunity is available for a skilled imaging professional to work a contract assignment supporting both CT and X-ray needs within a pediatric setting. The role requires versatile technologists ready to contribute to a collaborative team focused on quality patient imaging for children of all ages.

Schedule:

• Every Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• One 12-hour overnight shift every other weekend (either Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• 32 hours per pay period

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in CT imaging; experience with pediatric CT scans highly preferred
• Current ARRT certification
• Active BLS certification
• Proficiency in both CT and X-ray modalities
• Previous experience with EPIC electronic medical records
• Familiarity with pediatric patient care
• Must adhere to a nicotine-free policy and be able to pass both drug and nicotine screening
• Annual flu vaccination required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and X-ray procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging for pediatric patients
• Adapt techniques as needed for children and adolescent patients, ensuring a safe and comforting environment
• Accurately document exams and patient interactions using EMR system (EPIC)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant imaging environment
