Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).

  • Valid state licensure in radiologic technology.
  • Competency in producing clear, diagnostic-quality images with adherence to safety protocols.
  • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and imaging positioning techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT scans and general X-ray exams, as directed by physicians.
  • Prepare and position patients for studies while ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Adjust imaging equipment settings for optimal image quality based on examination requirements.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Apply infection control procedures and adhere to all radiation safety measures for patients, staff, and self.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and care providers for optimal diagnostic outcomes.
  • Manage patient workflow efficiently to minimize wait times and maximize throughput.
