CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist | Marshville, North Carolina

Schedule:

• Thursday through Saturday, 9:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT-CT required)
• Proficiency in both CT and general X-ray imaging procedures
• Active and valid applicable state license
• Minimum of one year experience in a hospital or clinical imaging environment
• Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and imaging best practices
• BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively during overnight and weekend hours

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and X-ray imaging procedures according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Prepare, position, and educate patients for imaging studies, ensuring comfort and safety
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment; troubleshoot technical issues as needed
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to any immediate medical needs during procedures
• Review and transmit images to radiologists and referring clinicians in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate documentation, including patient records and procedure logs
• Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
