CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist | Marshville, North Carolina

This position focuses on CT and X-Ray imaging, calling for strong technical competence, attention to detail, and a dedication to patient safety. You'll be a vital partner to clinical teams, performing critical diagnostic imaging that supports provider decisions and patient outcomes.

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
• Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, 8:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
• Holiday requirement: Wednesday night 11/25, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
• Primary weekend shifts and a commitment to working 75% of holidays

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Relevant experience performing CT and X-Ray procedures
• Current certification and registration in modality (ARRT or equivalent)
• Proficiency with imaging equipment, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Ability to provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and X-Ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring adherence to all safety and infection control protocols
• Collaborate closely with radiology team members and healthcare providers
• Use critical thinking to adapt imaging techniques based on patient condition and physician instructions
• Maintain accurate records and actively participate in department quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in primary weekend rotations and meet holiday shift requirements
• On-call and callback requirements vary by modality and will be discussed during interviews
