CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist in Matthews, NC

Schedule:

• 12-hour night shifts
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• On-call responsibilities: 3–4 shifts per month
• Must be available to work 75% of scheduled holidays
• No floating required

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in both CT and general X-Ray imaging
• Current and valid ARRT certification in Radiography, with advanced CT credentialing preferred
• Proficient with modern CT scanners and X-Ray equipment
• Solid knowledge of radiologic safety and infection control procedures
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while following established protocols

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and X-Ray imaging exams per physician orders
• Review and verify patient identification, orders, and imaging protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and other care providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
• Assist with on-call imaging as needed on scheduled nights
• Provide compassionate care and clear explanations to patients during procedures
