CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist - Melvern, KS

Step into a crucial diagnostic role, delivering high-quality CT and X-ray imaging services for a leading healthcare facility. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and focuses on providing skilled, compassionate care, helping clinicians make informed decisions for their patients.

Work Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts each week
• Mids: 11:00 am to 10:30 pm

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT Certification
• Current BLS certification
• Kansas state radiologic technologist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Demonstrated experience in both CT and X-ray imaging modalities
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict imaging protocols
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and X-ray equipment to produce clear, accurate diagnostic images
• Review imaging requests and ensure correct procedures are performed
• Prepare and position patients for imaging, explaining processes to ensure comfort and cooperation
• Adhere to all safety procedures including radiation safety standards
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete required documentation promptly
• Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Assist with quality control and troubleshooting of imaging equipment as needed
